Prior to joining GoodsForecast, he headed analytical divisions at Istok, Lebedyansky and Wimm-Bill-Dann. He wrote the book "Sales Analysis and Planning in FMCG Market Companies" and many articles about forecasting demand, sales, and S&OP.

2012 — Master's degree, Diplomatic Academy of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Department of World Economy. After defending his thesis, he started working for a systems integrator as Sales Manager. Later he headed product and service lines in IT companies of various formats: system integrators, Russian and Western vendors. At GoodsForecast, he is responsible for developing and implementing the partner strategy, developing the partner ecosystem and further promoting the company's products and services through partners.
Joined the GoodsForecast team in the spring of 2022. Prior to that, he spent 4 years developing the partner channel at SAS, an American analytics vendor, where he was responsible for Russia and CIS, Middle East and Africa region.
Over 16 years in HR. Degree in sociology, National Research University Higher School of Economics. Underwent professional retraining in HR Management. Expert in career counseling and a published author in HR journals. 2017 — 1st place in the nationwide contest "Best in Profession", HR-Generalist category. 2016 — 1st place in "Recruitment Specialist" category.
Prior to joining GoodsForecast in 2022, she worked at ROLF, Electronic Arts, and Typeable (IT consulting and software development).
Currently responsible for all processes related to HR and building the strongest team in the market: recruitment, assessment, training and development of personnel, building and maintaining corporate culture, compensation policy, performance management.
